Editing HTML dynamically with Javascript

Hello everyone,

I have a client who wants to be able to send HTML mail through a mailing list I made for them. Does anyone know how I can get an HTML editor like YahooMail and Hotmail have?

To send out email from an HTML page like Hotmail and Yahoo, you need something running on the server to process the form elements. If this is all done on a client's computer offline, then that computer needs to have IIS, PWS, or some other server software running to take the appropriate action.
