I have a user that wanted to make some changes to one of the distribution lists I set up in the Exchange 5.5 server. To her surprise, she was able to remove recipients from the list. She is not an administrator on the Exchange server, nor the domain in which the server resides. How is this possible?? The 5.5 is running on a w2k member server. Thanks.

Permissions are for administrators only. Will have to see if she has membership that I don't know about. Thanks.

Need some help with this one. We ahve tested with low-permission accounts, and find that they are able to make changes to the distribution list. This is even after I have had Administrator take ownership of the list. Why does this happen? Frustrating because we have someone who is making deletions. Thanks.

I would check that permissions are not assigned to 'everyone' on any of the objects, i.e. on the actual DL or the server etc.
