Hi all,
I have no training in Adobe Acrobat 4 with which I am trying to use and could do with some advice.
I have successfully extracted sections of a pdf document and saved it to a new pdf file using the 'Extract Pages' and the 'Crop' tool, yet the extractions I am using need tweeking. I am left with many small extracts that make up my new document that could do with re-formating so my information flows rather than small paragraphs being displayed over many pages. Can I edit within Adobe, any ideas???

Cheers

Michelle

As far as i know you can only merge pages in Adobe Photoshop!

You can't do a lot of editing in Acrobat 4. Do you have a page layout program such as Pagemaker? If so, you can treat these PDFs as graphics and place them in PM* (use File>Place) and then rearrange them to how you want them to appear, then you can PDF the PM file. (*v6.5 needs a filter from the Adobe site, V7 handles them just fine).
