editable flash

Hello to everybody. I need to make a flash presentation about the main events coming up today, tomorrow, after tomorrow, etc. on a hotel. At first look, seems to be easy right!
but I only gonna do the flash project, what I want its to allow events manager(not a flash user) to change the events, info like name of the event, time, place, start/end hour, without entering to flash and editing the file (open adobe flash). Is possibly just modify a file, changing the info easily? how can I do this possibly?? because every day is a different event, so I'm not gonna enter adobe flash and do a presentation for every day :s
Any ideas??!?!?!

You can do it with a .txt file or an .xml file, but in both cases some particular format is necessary.
But once the manager is aware, then it should be relatively easy to maintain and update.
