When I contact Verint support, they say they do not support any editing of the recordings. The client has a requirement to edit recordings daily and store for training, recognition and legal purposes. Does anyone have a process that works well? The current process requires them to re-record every call in standard .wav format prior to editing as the 3rd party editing softwares don't accept the verint recording codecs when importing. We tried downloading multiple editing software and special codecs and much troubleshooting of course and nothing working niceley yet. Any advice is appreciated!

At my previous company we used Verint and you could just right click on the recording wav graphic and save it as a wav file, provided your login had permission to save the recording.

Hi, We can save the .wav files but we can not import them into any editing software that we have tried (including Sony Sound Forge).

What about WavePad Sound Editor by NCH? They also have a conversion program.
