Edit Schedule shuts down BE Exec for Windows

When I run "Edit Schedule" in BE 9.1, the program shuts down with no messsage!?

Any errors in the event log? What if you create a new job from scratch?

Nothing in event log.
If I create a new job - same problem.
Something to do with schedu.dll not being registered?

Have you tried registering that file?

yes, have registered dll but made no difference.
