Hello, It seems like my edit punches button has been disable for admin function, it just stoped working.

I tried changing the settins for back office to allow edit punches, but I keep getting error saying " Cannot add permission to your own security level ".

Then I would try adding edit punches to other such as manager or sup and I get following error " Current user cannnot assign this security level " Press detail .

When press detail, I get a blank box showing nothing.

How can I get this feature back ?

thanks
ben

Only admin can assign admin functions....try logging in using another admin login if you have one...

I am the admin, I did try loging as the admin, still
it wont let me any other way.

If you are the admin then you can or have your vendor log you in using the super secret password if not already disabled
