Edit method error.

Hi everyone.
I nothing about Paradox. My wife has started a new job and when entering new patients data, she got the following message. She cannot get rid of the message and if she restarts the program, the same message comes up. What can I suggest she does?

this dialog box showing the error has a couple of forward arrows on one of the buttons. Click on this to find further information on the error (there may be more than just two error messages here). Let me know what the message says and maybe I can help you. I have been using paradox since 1988 as my main development tool so I've seen pretty much everything.
