I'm trying to edit one of the connectors in the MBG (5.2, on a 3300), specifically to change sip_trunks_udp to 5060 but I'm not seeing the Edit button anywhere.

Am I missing something? I tried stopping the service then looking but still nothing. This is on a MAS. I have another with the standalone MBG and it's the same deal.

Thanks.

I had a standalone MBG with the same problem as you, it was set to 5064 (I think) and i needed it set to 5060.
I had to get Mitel Tech to log in and change it for me i am assuming within a hidden menu, they were reluctent to tell me how to change it!!!
Now i have an edit button within MBG and they also say the next release of MBG will allow you to change your own settings in connectors so i will be upgrading the blade when its available.

Hope this helps.

If you are using MBG 5.2, then you should be able to change these settings.

In your connectors Tab, select the Detailed link and then click on the name of your SIP Trunk. You should then be able to change your settings to that provider.

Also port 5064 is the signaling communication from the 3300ICP to the MBG SIP Trunk Proxy.

Hope this helps

Thanks Mitel100, I agree that I "should" be able to but there's no edit button anywhere on the screen. You're right, I don't really have to change the setting, just wanted to use 5060 through and through. We're testing the MBG as a SIP proxy and so far it's not working the way expected.

I have upgraded to v.6.0.7.0, and still no way to edit connectors.

I have everything built according to the guidelines, in the MBG as well as the 3300, and still the trunks are showing a red X in the active field of the 'Trunk Active' field...any ideas?? The licenses are there, and SIP support is enabled...
