I have called my ISP which is Qwest and I'm running a Qwest PK5000 Router anybody have any ideas??? Maybe I'm missing a step in the setup? I dont know. Thank you so very much!

Have you re booted your server and do you have Internet on it now.

Cheers,
Coorsman

I rebooted my BOH and yes I have internet now. Im able to get to the URL via firefox but when I try to auth a card though the BOH it does not work.

So way weird when I select ssl 3.0 in internet explore I'm able to hit the site but then when I unselect that and only select ssl 2.0 it does not hit the site and I believe that EDC needs to connect ssl 2.0 correct? Do you have any other ideas?

I seem to remember something about IE 6 is the latest update on your computer for Aloha versio 5.3 - I would remove any IE updates.

Cheers,
Coorsman

Hey Coorsman I removed all the updates from IE6 and now my internet wont work at all on that computer. Any ideas how to fix that? Also what if I did a windows reinstall would that mess with Aloha? Sorry about the long time replay I just opened up anyway and im using creidt card terms but I would like aloha to do all my processing so you have anymore ideas? Like since Im using a old v of EDC would the credit card company not let me connect?

You can reinstall windows, watch the updates, Internet Explorer 6 is the highest version that can run with EDC 5.3 and you will need to re-install Aloha from an install disk and be able to set up the server as required for aloha.

Cheers,
Coorsman
