I have a Ipo 500 in a 4.2.14 version. I have a problem with the digital telephones, in a random calls I hear an echo
I happens with internal and external calls.
I have no lines or ip telelefonos IP.

Do you have any idea why this happen?

thaks

incoming or outgoing calls
outgoing long distance or local (1-800 are local)
incoming local or long distance or your 1-800 number
lots of things are to be considered to find that problem, try to log the calls that have an echoe as people usually don't pay attention to wehre they are calling or where calls are from until you tell them to do so.

Everyone seems to be shy about troubleshooting echo problems. It seems to be an advanced troubleshooting issue. I have a system with only 4 ip phones. On all calls, internal and external calls when you talk in the handset you can hear the echo of yourself talking. Also the call is bleeding in and out. I am currently troubleshooting this and not getting very far with it yet. First step would be to get a vlan setup for the ip phones on your network. Not sure where to go from there.
