Hi All,
We have deployed a number of G700 Media Gateway’s throughout various sites in Europe where we have between 50 and 200 IP Agents along with regular IP phone users at each. They connect back to an S8700 in the UK, running 3.1.2 via an MPLS cloud which is managed by a single Telco. At three of our German sites we suffer echo, generally at the beginning of a call (but occasionally during). At the remaining sites throughout Germany, Europe and the UK we are OK – well since we had the latest Avaya patch that cured the problems incurred due to Encryption/Agent Auto Answer. We feel it could be hardware based but whilst we wait for Avaya has anyone got any suggestions?
