Just switched over to Cox analog lines and now there is an echo that the users hear when answering calls on incoming calls only for about 2 seconds then the calls settles down.? There is also a little lag the callers gear on their end.

They are using a 9.0 with 9611 sets and 4 analog lines 5 sets.

Thanks

So that you know for sure, take a butt set before the IPO and on the Cox dmarc to see if the issue will replicate with the IPO out of the loop. If it does then the issue is with Cox and they need to address it.

If not, changing the VOIP extension TDM>IP Gains and IP>TDM Gains to something like -10db has helped me overcome echoes on an analog trunk IPO with VOIP phones in the past.
