Hello,
I'm having an issue with Echo on all Avaya 9608. It is so bad is sounds like the user is on speaker phone. The setup is the following the IPO 500v2 has only 1 combo card on it in slot 1. The analog port is hooked up in port 11. The port has a stable green light on it.
Here are the details of the hardware:
IPO sever select 9.1.4 over VMs
IP 500 V2,9,1,137
COMBO6210/ATM4 V2,9,1,137
G711 ULAW 64K Codex as primary
Right now we are just testing the analog port for now....
I've tried the following:
-Tried a different trunk port on the Combo card
-Changing the AUDIOSTHS in 46xxsettings.txt
-Changing the AGC on the 9608 phone
-Changing the Echo Return Loss on the VCM tab
-Tried to disable echo cancellation and echo reduction on the line options
-Tried to disable direct media path
-Tried to lower the volume of the headset
Everything has failed
Anyone have an idea or can point me in the right direction?
Thanks,
Pat
