Upgraded 406v2 Unit from 4.1.12 to 4.2.11

Using VCM 5 card. Using G.711 Codec.

IP Phones were working perfectly. Now have an Echo when calling to/from analogue lines using IP phones. Do not have the echo when calling in-house or using SIP trunks.

Echo starts out really bad and then improves after a few seconds but never entirely goes away.

Tried adjusting the gain and echo cancellation on the lines. Also tried changing all the settings under teh System/VCM tab. Nothing seems to get rid of the echo.

I am looking for suggestions for other things to try before I back-rev this thing.

Is the IPOffice grounded?

Can Impedance Matching be done on a 406v2? or is that only available for the IP500.
