Echange 2007 extenral mail not delivering 1

I have 1 server for my entire operations. it does my file server work, exchange server, and another other services I want. It got full so I decided it was time to get some new ones.

I brought 2 new servers and I ran them in the background of the main server. I added AD to both and promoted both to GC. This past weekend I started my 2nd step in the migration process. I changed the ip address on the old server and gave permanent ip address to the new servers. I also changed the line items in my firewall that pointed to the new home of the old server.

I can send emails with in my organizations. I can receive emails from outside. I can receive emails from my organization. I can go on OWA and my sync is working on IPad and other like devices.

the only problem is not being able to send to outside people. any solutions or any where I should look?

Thanks I guess, reset it and it is working. Boy I need to take it offline. any can offer me migration notes on going form 2007 to 2010. I did not install 2010 yet, but I have the software.

Install 2010, set up the receive and send connectors in 2010, move the mailboxes and PFs if required. There's a good white paper on it. Pretty straight forward.
