ECAS remote data collection?

I have a site with CCC the delta server is installed on the CCC server. Im trying to get ECAS to pull from that delta server. Im using the following directory in ECAS thru the switch wizard.

\\CCC\C$\Program Files\Avaya\IP Office\CCC\DeltaServer\smdr_out\smdr.csv

I have verified that the file exists. The user account exists the account has administrative permissions. I even tried creating a share on the folder with permisions fo the ecas server.

changed the directory\file name to

\\ccc\smdr_out\smdr.csv

and got unable to rename file from the switch wizard.

If anyone runnins into this problem. the sollutions is to stop the delta server service on the machine running delta server.

Then run the switch wizard again. It should let you complete the wizard then you can restart the delta server service.

All should be good!
