NEC NEAX 2000 IPS

I made some changes and successfully saved them to the main PBX using command EC6. When I entered the EC8 command to push the changes to the remote PBXs I received the following result.

COMMAND=EC8
EC8>00
EC8>00:1-0
WAIT, BUSY NOW

What would cause command EC8 to respond this way?

This started after I installed MATWorx V13 on a laptop and connected to the Main PBX. Not sure if that is relevant to what is happening?

If the EC6 is still saving then you can not do an EC8 until the EC6 is complete.

It is working today. I think the bandwith between the Radios was too low to write the data. We were experiencing heavy snow and rain.
