The Extended Call feature is working intermittently. Calls in will sometimes ring Both (Desk 9641 and Cell Phone).
Other times the Cell Phone only.
Suggestions on what to check.
I verified programming on a Working Station and the one misbehaving. Both Programmed Identical.

Extension to Cellular
All Calls are ringing the Cell Phone
Desk Phone is Intermittent

is send all calls activated on phone when it only rings the cell phone? also how many call appearances on the phone?

EC500 Is Activated
Send All Calls If Activated Calls will be answered by Audix (Voice Mail)
Three Appearances of DN

Is this happening to all EC 500 phones or just this one?

I know of only 1.
I actually did Test Calls with this User.
Sometimes the Call is Answered by Both Phones.
Other times only the Cellular Phone.

I would do a start and compare against another EC 500 set up on the configuration set, something must be different. Worst case try removing programming and then reprogram, worth a shot, also you could do a list trace station and see what a good trace looks like compared to a bad trace when only the cell phone rings.

Good Suggestions
I did a line item by line item comparison of 2 phones with EC500.
Both Identical.
It is interesting to me that the issue is with the 9641 Phone.

Thank You for your reply.

Are calls to that desk phone consistent? i usually have the issue of the call going straight to the cell phone voice mail and not ringing the desk phone because the cell phone is out of service.

All Calls are going to the Cell Phone consistently.
The desk phone is inconsistent.
It has gotten to the point we have turned off the EC500.

did you try to remove the programming and then add it back as I suggested earlier?

rejackson has a very good point. The way EC500 works is the calls will land on which ever device picks up first. So if the cell phone voice mail picks up quick enough the call would not be available at the desk phone. I think you need to look at the off-pbx-telephone configuration set that is being used. you may need to make changes to that,

Thanks to everyone who has replied.
The Phone was Removed and Installed.
I cleared the phone using the Craft# Command.
The Phone was assigned to a different port when re-installed.
The calls are not being answered by the Cell Voice Mail. You can answer the Cell Phone call.
I did verify the off-pbx-telephone configuration.
The only difference is the different cell phone carriers.
One is AT&T, the other is T-Mobile.
Both were working OK until last Friday (2/3/17).
Thanks Again for all the suggestions.

look in the history log and see if any changes were made around 2/3/17
