Any reason you can think of as to why the EC500 option turns itself off when the phone is rebooted? I have tested a few times on my own phone and it stays on when rebooted, or unplugged but seems to kick off on a phone I am working on.

EC500 and Extend Call features are added to the feature page, line rings through properly, and was added to the main display for ease of access.

If I unplug my phone the light on the EC500 button is no longer illuminated but the ec500 is still active and working. Did you stat the station to see if it reads enabled or disabled after unplugging ?

Turns out it was a part of a bug that an update fixed.

Was the update on the CM ?

Ya it was some patchwork our Avaya rep advised was needed on the SBC, Ill find out what it was exactly.
