EC500 through a VDN/VECTOR and bridged appearances

I have a question regarding EC500 and how they act on Bridged lines.

We have 5 EXTs monitoring 5 warehouses. These 5 EXTs field one XPORTED station that is also a DID that is bridged onto their phones. The issue is that 5 people call in for the 5 different warehouses and everyone is fielding basically one line and transferring the call to the appropriate EXT. This is not efficient. Long story short, one XPORTED DID station bridged onto 5 EXTs.

I set up a reasonably simple VDN/Vector to route the incoming calls to their designated warehouse, each warehouse has its own XPORTED internal station that is bridged to the corresponding EXT. The issue is, that these bridged lines are not ringing their cell phones ala EC500. Clients claim that the original setup I mentioned above does ring their cell phones (bridged lines and EXT).

The difference is one call is a DID to an XPORT bridged, the second is a VDN to VECTOR to a bridge. I am not sure what I am missing here, page 2 of off station mapping has both for bridged lines and the VDN has a COR that matches most station on the system. I moved the second group of EXTs to a DID range, still does not work.


Kind of at a loss here, anything I am missing? I am not a seasoned vet in any way shape or form...

What version of CM?

In ref to ec500 it's basic function is having a simultaneous appearance on a station and external cel phone.

Do you need it to ring a station and cell simultaneously or are you trying to basically forward to a cell?
