EC500 -Self Administration Feature 1

I am testing EC500 as an option for our business. I have it working reasonably well for extending to mobile (I haven't yet started on FNE cofiguration etc)

I've configured an ec500 Self-Administration code (*75), which works well. In fact a little too well... Using this *75 code I can change any configured EC500 destination from a handset (as if doing a change off-pbx station-mapping) .

This can't be right, I'd expect that I'd need to enter the station login code to be able to this, but it just works!

If this is correct operation, I simply can't use the feature - which makes it a PITA to administer...

I've check the system-parameters security page and Station Security Code for Terminal Self-Administration Required is set to y

Do you have console permissions on for the COS for the sattion your testing from?
