ec500 query

I have setup ec500 on my system, but cannot answer incoming calls on a mobile phone. The mobile phone rings simultaneously with my 4620, but when I answer it I just hear ringing tone, if I then answer my desk phone I am connected to a three phone conference......!

Any ideas would be appreciated

Send me your setup. Sounds like you have an option missing

For starters, make sure you're routing over ISDN to your mobile.

Oh... it appears you may have the latest release. The config is different from what I have.
