Please,i need some clearifications. On IPO, is EC500 the same as mobile twining?.Secondly what is the difference between mobile feature licenses and mobile worker licenses.Thanks.

EC500 is not for the IPO but for the CM
Mobile feature doe snot exist on the IPO but mobile worker does.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Thanks tpeter for the information.Which license do i need on IPO to make this moibile twining functional?.

Depends on which software version your IPO is running.
But normally the mobile worker (6.0 and higher)

EC500 is the equivalent for Communication manager, of what Twinning is on the IPO (some diffrences there)
On the IPO on rel 8.0 and up, there is also the One-X mobile preferred client (android now, Iphone later) that does inband signalling over IP, single number reach with dial-back, remote conference setup, IM etc etc. really neat improvement over "just twinning".
