EC500 off-pbx-telephone feature-name-extension

ok, so I am trying to setup an after hours call center with Cell phones so that their agents can take calls outside of the office on a cell phone.

I have programmed Idle Apperance Select with the DID Extension 20205. If I dial xxx-xx2-0205 all I get is, "This call can not be completed as dialed please hang up and try again."

Any ideas?
 
You need to dial this from a cellphone number that has been input on the off-pbx-telephone station-mapping form...

ok =) now i'm getting the dial tone i've been seeking... much thanks... so now in theory once my agents call that number get the dial tone.. they'll just dial the FAC for remote agent login and their id and password and the calls SHOULD be routed to their cellphones correct?
