I am having an issue currently where, if I answer an ec500 call on my mobile and then come back to my desk and press the line appearance of the call, I have a 3 way conference. If I drop the call on my mobile it seems to drop the whole call. I just wanted to know if there is a setting I need to apply in CM so that I can get it to just drop the call on the mobile only.

Here are the setting on the Configuration Set

That should work without disconnecting the call. I don't believe there is a setting you should have to toggle for that. It should just work.

Try using a different number instead of your cell and try the same test.

Do other users experience the same thing?

Program and use an extend-call button instead of pressing a line appearance button. That is what the extend-call button does if you take an EC500 call and then return to your desk.

Jordy is right you should use an extend call button. However, I understood you to mean that you answered the call on your cell phone, not that you extended the call from your desk phone.

What you are doing isn't wrong and it should work properly.
