EC500 issue in China 1

Hi All, This has me completely foxed.
User has a 9620 station on a CM 6.1. Trunks are E1 with China Telecom
EC500 is all set up and works perfectly when another internal user call the station.

When an external caller rings the DDI, it appears to work but the Cellphone never rings.
Cellphone number checked and it is correct.
Tested using a remote access node on the UK Gateway, no denial mesages

What do you have setup in the public tables for your internal internal user calling ?

I'm guessing they're not allowing you to pass the originating caller's number.

Oh Well done!
I think you just hit the nail straight on the head.
It has a CPN prefix of 76 set, with total CPN of 7 digits.
As a Chinese Cellphone is 11 digits...........Opps.
