I am looking at my licensing and I see I have 450 users with EC500 enabled.
Less than half of that are actually configured and using ec500.
Pretty sure I know the answer but do not want to blow anything up.
Can I disable EC500 on the users that do not have the off pbx station mapped to their cell?

I also have quite a few that are set up as OPS with no config. Can I remove these as well?

I believe I got so many set up because when I create a new station I duplicate one that has EC500 enabled but nothing set up in the off pbx station map.

Really dont know the answer, but have you tried to work in a test environment, using a test station?

That way if you remove something from the test extension, you should be fine if that failed.

yes you can.
If using ASA set a task to find&replace EC500 state. set EC500 state to disabled.

Set everything to EC500 N.
then go back and manually enable EC500 on the extns you want to have this feature.
Then make sure that your off-pbx sta's are set correctly and delete the ones that are not needed.
