Has anyone heard of any recent problems with Cingular and EC500? We've been using EC500 for about a year now when we recently lost caller-ID on station calls. In other words, when someone calls my station and I pick it up on my cell phone, it just displays "Unknown". Our PRI trunks are sending the correct ANI on all other outgoing calls. Interestingly, this is only the case with those of us using Cingular for our wireless provider. We have another group using Nextel and they don't have this problem.

apparently, there's a couple issues relating to EC500 & Cingular that i've seen thrown around other Avaya lists too, so i wouldn't be suprised that this issue exists as well even tho i have no heard of this one yet.

I am using EC500 & a Cingular cell phone. If someone calls my extension, their CLID is passing through correctly.

I have noticed this aswell. In CA, I changed out the old AT&T Sim cards with Cingular Sims and the problem has gone away. This did not work though for our NY users or Florida users.

In the future everything will work...

We are having a similar problem. All calls from our PBX to Cingualr numbers shows caller ID 714-592-9000
