EC500 - Change Off-PBX Telephone Station only allows 9 digits

When I go to change off-PBX telephone station mapping (EXT) I can only enter 9 digits for the telephone number even though the help says I can enter 15. I can't enter anything for the prefix.

Everything is the same except my Fast Connect = n and my Cellular VM Detection is set to 'message'

Installation and Administration Guide

and doing a search here for EC500. I am on 3.1.4 and it does allow me too.
