EC500 capacity limitation

Hello all,

Does anybody know if Avaya CM does EC500 to a non cell phone number?, I got a third party PBX with regular DID's, I had EC 500 enabled on my AVAYA phone, the call goes through fine but after the 200Ok, CM sends a bye immediately and disconnects the call. I Haven't seen anything related in the feature functionality though.
 
I think it will if the telephone number is in the off pbx station-mapping config

Yeah, it had been added in the off pbx telephone mapping.
 
Looks like you programmed wrong, need the station extension that it is mapped too, you have 215-982-7255, need the actual extension here
 
so you have 10 digits extensions? if so remove the dashes
 
change off-pbx-telephone station-mapping extension xxxx
 
yeah, we have 10 digit extensions, I take off the dashes but they are put back again by the system
 
yours is built different, make it the same as the others if they are working ok, if it fails when reprogrammed then post a list trace station from CM
