EC500 call Transfer Caller Id Problem

I have read several post on this thread regarding EC500 and Caller ID, but none seem to work for me.

The problem I am having is a little hard to explain:
If somebody calls my extension directly (DID number or by calling our main Number and entering my extension at the prompt) the Caller Id info is displayed correctly on my desktop phone and my Cell phone just fine. The problem comes is when somebody is transferred to me either by another coworker or the operator. My desktop phone shows correctly the caller ID information of the transferred call. The problem is my Cell phone show's the extension of the person who transferred the called to me and but the Caller ID info and displayed on my desktop phone.

Is it possible to have the Caller ID info pasted on to the cell phone like it does when they call me directly?

Here is a copy of List trace station 2503 (Xmobile Number) when a call is transferred to my extension from the operator/coworker.

I've had this happen to me and never been able to figure out a way around it. I think it works this way by design.
 
this is working as designed, basically, the call appears on your cell to be coming from the person who iniatiated the transfer, technically, the call "came" from that person.
 
it is definitely an inconvinience, but i have not been able to find a way around it either.
