I have a quote from my telco for a Cisco 2811 with several options added. One is an upgrade from 256 to 512MB DDR DRAM factory upgrade. This costs $1,550. I searched eBay and found the upgrade anywhere from $60 to $250. Has anyone used these cheap upgrades and if so, did you have any issues? A $1500 savings is hard to pass up.

While ebay's prices are very attractive you have to be careful not to buy fake Cisco stuff. Memory you will probably be ok on but in the event it breaks you can have a horrible time getting replacements.
