Easy Excel Formula help needed: IF function 1

Having a brain fart here, and figured instead of banging my head against a wall, I'd come to my trusty friends here at tek-tips.

Simple excel problem.

I am trying to write an =IF command in a cell that will correctly identify the following:

Whether a specific value in the cell
is between -6 and -15 for it to read UNDER.
And if the value is between 6 and 15, for it to read OVER.

Any other value to remain blank. Thanks in advance for your help.
