easy Attendant Console question

We have a G3si running R12. The receptionist uses a 302c console phone. Here's the situation- I was visiting another organization and noticed they had the same Console phone as we use and are on a Definity prologic system as well. Talking to their receptionist I notice that there were a lot of lights blinking on the Direct Extension Selector Console. I asked what the deal was and she mentioned that the lights for the extensions blink when that person has the Send Calls button pressed. My questions is where is the setting for this, under the attendant? Or the Console form or is it part of the COS or maybe the system features? Any help enabling this would be wonderful. Thanks
