I am a former Omniform uer that want to know if I can easily migrate to Access. I have Access 2003 and 2007 and want to develop a form that (1) allows me to access about 20 items; (2) allow me to create several subsequent reports based on input data; (3) allows me to out reports in PDF format (I own Acrobat); and allows me to email report.

I have developed portions of this in Acrobat and run into too many troubles.

Is this easy to do in Access. Are there templates for something similar. Is there a better product for form development for the novice/beginner.

thanks.

YES" for all of your questions...

Have a look at the sample "Northwind" database ship with Access You can have many other sample downloads from Microsoft & other sites.

Thanks for the example. Will surely followup. Is there a document/book that give me an easy to follow cookbook how to produce my project.

thanks.

There are many Printed / online Books & tutorials available.

Most of them are suggesting "Access Developer's Handbook" of SYBEX.

After getting a basic knowledge of Access go into particular requirements of you through google.

Or post it here.. sure we are here to help you.
