I just switched over to EAS this morning, and have a question regarding logical agents.

Since agents are now using login IDs, when they place a call to another station, their login ID is showing up instead of their station.

Is there a way to make their station number appear instead of their agent login?

Thanks in advance,
Jason

Nope. If the agent is logged in, you're going to see their Agent ID and not the station extension. This also impacts Audix - if your users are used to hitting just the # button when prompted for their extension, they will now have to actually enter in their subscriber number.

There is a way you can HIDE the agent ID, so the only thing that shows up on internal calls is the name - I'll find the thread and post the link for you.

Check out thread690-705060 - make Snapper's recommended changes to COS 0 (which is the default COS for Agent ID's). Make sure that you don't have any stations assigned to COS 0, or you'll be hiding their extensions, as well.

Excellent. Thanks for all of your help, Susan!
