We recently added E911 and now have a need to provide somewhat specific location information per floor and building. We have assigned a DID per floor quadrant and adjunct building. We now need to transmit the selected "911" DID to the PSAP for identification purposes when a 911 call is placed. I can't use public-numbering because I don't want to mask the real DID's on non-emergency calls. These are digital, analog and IP phone sets. The adjunct buildings are all using the same PRI located at the main location. Any help would be appreciated.

You might want to use public-unknown to manipulate it on the trunk side , if you can break the PRI into smaller chunks/groups .
If you use any 3 rd party such as redsky, you have to enter them into its own database

there are several floors and segmenting the PRI's is not option. Is there not a way of using the Emergency Location Extension field to populate the specified 911 DID for that floor quadrant on X number of extensions and present that to the PSAP. Thees selected DID's will be in the PSAP database.

What area are you in? Who is your provider? We use AT&T's e911 service (Inform911). This is a service that runs roughly $100/mo and allows you to input additional fields per DID to the PSAP. Without this service we would be limited to sending PSAP the BTN only with a single street address.
