E9102 Incorrect user ID

A few of our jobs fail with "E9102 Incorrect user ID", which suggests that the user doesn't exist on the agent machine. But what is really strange is that for one particular client, one job works and another does not! These jobs are submmitted through the GUI so this should not be happening, regardless.

Both server and client are Solaris 8, using BrightStor 10.5

Technical support has so far been unable to help me.

Thanks for the reply, but I have already seen this table of BrightStor error messages. For this particular error this just tells me that the problem is an invalid user, but I do not see how this could be the case given that our incremental (daily) backup jobs are working for this particular backup client, but our full (monthly) backup jobs are not.

Try modifying the monthly job and re-enter the security information.
Or just setup a new monthly job and try that.
Then run the job right away and don't wait for the end of the month, just to see if it is going to work.
Just wondering, did this work before?
Could someone have modified the job?
