E8602 Fail to read from database with only one mailbox

Hello,

we ara doing an exchange 5.5 mailboxes backup, and one of the mailboxes give this this problem "E8602 Fail to read from database, \\SCES0042\Individual MailBoxes\rececpcion\ EC:SCES0042 Backup Agent Error (366).

The other mailboxes haven't got any problem.

There could be a problem with an attachement in that mailbox. Seen this happen when an attachement got stripped out by the virus detection program.

There is an faq that tells how to enable debug.

we have Groupshield (Viruscan) in our Exchanges, and the problem could be like you say.
i will observe this mailboxe and the groupshield the next days...
