E8602 DBagent error - (101) createfile failed.

I have Windows NT 4.0 (SP6A) with Lotus Notes 4.52. The Acserve version is 6.5 (buid 600) and Lotus Notes Agent is version 2.0. I got the error message:
Error E8602 DBagent error - (101) \"Createfile failed\".Can anyone help me ???

The message error E8602 etc. is what appears in the message log.
