Getting the following error message when trying to modify the backup of Exchange Server and Exchange Server Brick Level - 'Backup Agent Error -- (91) "License has been terminated". I am supporting a site remotely and do not know the history. Is this a simple case of a license issue? If so I do I overcome this if I don't have the License number?

Any help would be appreciated.

ARCServe Failed to connect Backup Agent since Backup Agent returned an error with one of the following reasons:

hi

1. Backup Agent DLL doesn't exist in the agent home directory.

2. Failed to load the DLL into memory. It might be due to the insufficient virtual memory size.

3. Invalid user id or password for the Backup Agent.

4. Backup Agent RPC Server service is not running on the remote server.
