Getting a backup agent error (91) license has been terminated?

I am getting the E8601 Failed to connect agent dbaexch EC=91 and dbaxchg2 EC=91. I tried to modify the 'job' but when trying to access the Exchange Server and Exchange Server - Brick Level get the following error message 'backup agent error--(91) "License has been terminated"?

Can anybody give me some pointers?? Many Thanks.

check the ca.olf file on the exchange server under the directory CA_LIC. check for the date on the line which signifies the exchange option. the 4 digit code will tell you which line the exchange option is on and the code FOR the exchange option can be seen on the product.dat file in the CA_LIC directory.

The date will be the expiry date for the exchange agent. Is it past due?

To ArcserveGuru, I am unable to find the ca.olf file anywhere on the exchange server. This License failure terminating has been occurring since the 14th Sep 2001. Tried to run the RegIT using the 'Keycode File', but don't know which file it requires, tried using the 'lic98.dat' file but this didn't work. Also tried 'Register Later' option were it asks for a Product Name and Registration ID, found the following 'Part No.' in the documentation 'arb6008661aeacm' but this doesn't work?

Because this file is missing from the Server would this be the cause of the fault?
