E8601 EC=6 Brightstor v9 & Oracle9i

I'm using BrightStor ARCserve Backup Version 9.0
and Oracle 9i.
I get the following error messages.:

E8601
Failed to connect agent. (AGENT=dbaora7, EC=6)
E8601
Failed to connect agent. (AGENT=\\ORCL\dbaora7, EC=The handle is invalid. )
E8601
Failed to connect agent. (AGENT=dbaora7, EC=6)
E8601 Failed to connect agent. (AGENT=\\ORCL\dbaora7, EC=The handle is invalid. )


anyone knows what this means?

Does this happen with all the tablespaces?
Maybe this it is just this one.

Have you installed service pack 4?

You will need to run the agent config again after

I have a cluster(fail safe), and the error show only on one node, the second node works fine.
I want to make full backup (all tablespaces and control files).
