Hi,

I have the error code E3855 Unable to position media when using Arcserve 6.5 or 6.61 with NT4 server and a LTO2 drive ?

What should I do ?

No official support for LTO2 drive technology with ARCserve 6.5 / 6.6x. I wouldn't trust this even if it worked.

Thanks alot... Looks like I have to upgrade :(

I know that LTO2 is OK with Arcserve It and Arcserve 2000.
