E3534 Failed to connect to registry

We recently added a new NT server to the mix.&nbsp;&nbsp;When backing up I am able to backup everything but get the error:<br>e3534 Failed to connect to registry (node=\\servername, ec=5)<br>From what I can tell this looks as thought my backup account can't access the registry of the server.&nbsp;&nbsp;But, my backup account has admin rights to the server (in local admin group) and the local admin group has full control over the registry keys.&nbsp;&nbsp;There doesn't seem to be any difference between this server and our other NT servers as far as permissions go.<br><br>Any ideas?
 
try giving your c:\winnt directory an admin$ share and use the nt client agent
 
Did you try with the full domain\username to connect to the remote server ( backup job security settings in arcserve ),
like Server\username ? [sig][/sig]
