E3511 Unable to begin database backup....

Hello, I'm new in forum. I'm from Argentina.
I see this error every day. I seek in cai support but i not found any solution...
The directory ..\arcserveit\temp is growing because the mergecat not work.

Any suggestions are welcomed....

My sugestion is to apply arcserve sp2 and convert your database to vldb which part of the sp2. Do a backup afterwards.
