E2T packet loss

Hi,

There is a customer with a new 3300 a(7.1.3.4) ICP at a site It has been in production for a few weeks. It is experiencing a lot packet loss on the E2T card. The allocated Cisco switchport shows no errors and the bandwidth is plenty avaiable for calls.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Hi,

Wich type of trunking is used at this side?

E1/T1 or SIP or Analog?

Because the E2T-card is only used for conversion between IP and Non-IP end-points

Thanks for the response.

XNET IP trunking between sites and the CO. There are two PRIs using digital trunking.

G.729 (compression) is used between the IP sites.

Do you have QoS enabled between sites? Do you have Voice quality statistics enabled on 3300?
This can help you to pinpoint the problem.
