I have an E2k server which was working fine, then all of a sudden it will not push out any mail to my users mailboxes,We are using the pop3 connector to recieve mail, it retrieves it from our isp but does not get thru` to any of my users. Any ideas?

You have a Pop3 connector on an EX2k server?

Does your ISP have a mail server and you connect directly to that mail server?

Who houses your public DNS, or any of your DNS servers?

Can you see mail on your EX2k server but the clients are not able to download from the server?

More informatoin is required to help you.

Our puplic DNS are hosted by demon, we are using SBS2000 hence the pop3 connector, the mail is donloaded from demons mail box when you hit the retrieve button on the connector, it just does not arrive at the mail boxes.

I have a client that is incountering a similar situation. Did you ever get this resolve? If so, would you share the fix that you applied?

Thanks!!

I have seen on SBS4.5 the POP3 connector getting mail and dumping it in a folder but NOT getting to the mailboxes.
Used POPBeamer instead - very reliable....
