I'm having trouble to configure E129 phones. Can't get them to register to the IPO.
Using IPO500v2, ver 9.0.8.
LAN1 192.168.210.248
User: Extn1502
Monitor says: Q.850 cause 21 Call Rejection.
Tried with or without password for the user.

Indeed, you don't put the username in just the extn. With most SIP devices they are also designed to work with SIP trunks so they often have a user name field but for PBXs it tends to be the extn that's required :)

That solved the issue. Been stucked with this for many hours.
