I'm having trouble to configure E129 phones. Can't get them to register to the IPO.
Using IPO500v2, ver 9.0.8.
LAN1 192.168.210.248
User: Extn1502
Monitor says: Q.850 cause 21 Call Rejection.
Tried with or without password for the user.

I think it should register as 1502@192.168.210.248

Indeed, you don't put the username in just the extn. With most SIP devices they are also designed to work with SIP trunks so they often have a user name field but for PBXs it tends to be the extn that's required
